(Avisos) New Fellowship in the field of Constitutional Studies The John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation will be offering a Fellowship in the field of Constitutional Studies as part of our annual competition. The application deadline for the U.S. and Canadian competition is September 15th, and the deadline for the Latin American and Caribbean competition is December 1st. The award will be announced in the spring of the following year. This Fellowship has been made possible by the Dorothy Tapper Goldman Foundation. Fellowship

June 15, 2008. Because of building security, applicants
may not pick
up or return application forms in
person.
