Nafe, John Paul:  Appointed to make studies of the validity of the “quantitative” theory of sensory feelings, in consultation with certain European psychologists; tenure, eight months from February 1, 1930.

Born June 2, 1888, at Valley, Nebraska. Education:  University of Colorado, A.B., 1911; Cornell University, Ph.D., 1924.

Assistant Professor of Psychology, 1924–25, Associate Professor, 1925–27, Professor, 1927—, Clark University; Special Lecturer, Harvard University, 1929–30.

Publications: Articles in American Journal of Psychology, Pedagogical Seminar, Journal of General Psychology. Contributor to “The Foundations of Experimental Psychology,” 1929.
