NOLLA, JOSE A. B.: Appointed to make studies on the inheritance of disease resistance in tobacco, at the Universities of Cornell, Wisconsin and California; tenure, twelve months from July 1, 1932.

Born May 24, 1902, at Camuy, Puerto Rico. Education: University of Puerto Rico, B.S.A., 1923; Cornell University, M.S., 1926, Ph.D., 1932.

Deputy Inspector of Agriculture, 1923–24, Puerto Rico Department of Agriculture; Assistant Plant Pathologist, 1924–26, 1927–30, Puerto Rico Insular Experiment Station.
