NOVARO, AUGUSTO: Appointed for studies in the United State of the mathematical and physical theory of music and musical composition, and research in the design and construction of new types of musical instruments; tenure, twelve months from September 15, 1931.
Born January 3, 1891, in Mexico City. Self-educated.
