Appointed from Mexico:
OROZCO ROMERO, CARLOS: Appointed for creative work in painting and the graphic arts; tenure, six months from September 12, 1939.
Born September 3, 1898, in Guadalajara, Mexico. Education: Art studies in Mexico and Europe (government travelling fellowship in Europe).
Exhibited in Mexico City, Madrid, Golden Gate Exposition. Mural executed for the State Library, Guadalajara.
