Born March 31, 1914, Mexico, D. F. Education:  National University of Mexico, Lawyer, 1931.

Professor of the History of America, 1936, Preparatory School of the National University of Mexico; Professor of History of Spanish Literature, 1937–41, Department of Public Education; Secretary, 1937–38, Secondary School for Boys; Counsel, 1938–42, National Banking Commission; Member of the Staff, 1941–43, Department of Fine Arts of the Secretariat of Public Education.
