VALENCIA, JUAN IGNACIO:  Appointed for taxonomic and morphological studies of South American forage plants; tenure, twelve months from November 15, 1941.

Born June 26, 1913, at Buenos Aires.  Education:  University of Buenos Aires, Agricultural Engineer, 1938.

Head of practical work in Agrostology, 1938–39, University of Buenos Aires; Agrostologist, 1939–41, Darwin Botanical Institute; Professor of Botany and Agrostology, 1941—, National University of Cuyo.
