BIO

Jacci Den Hartog is an artist living in Los Angeles.  In her sculpture she draws on the intangible, unstable, and fleeting qualities of landscape as both subject and metaphor to address ideas of memory, history, and culture.

Den Hartog is represented by the Rosamund Felsen Gallery in Santa Monica, California.   She received her M.F.A. from the Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California, and completed her undergraduate degree at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.  Den Hartog is a professor at the Otis College of Art and Design where she is the Program Director of the Sculpture/New Genres Department.
