Cash, Harold:  Appointed for creative work in sculpture, abroad; tenure, twelve months from April 1, 1930.

Born September 26, 1895, at Chattanooga, Tennessee. Education: University of Virginia, A.B., 1919; Beaux Arts Institute of Design, New York, 1926–28; worked independently in Paris, 1928–30.
