ALURRALDE, NICANOR: Appointed for studies of problems of railway engineering and management in the United States; tenure, twelve months from May 11, 1932.
Born May 14, 1898, in Buenos Aires. Education: Colegio del Salvador, 1904–08; Colegio Nacional Mariano Moreno, Bachiller, 1913; University of Buenos Aires, Civil Engineer, 1919.
Construction engineer, 1920–31, Argentine State Railways.
