DEVILAT ROCCA, FERNANDO:  Appointed for studies of the architecture of hospitals, and the organization of hospital services in the United States; tenure, six months from August 23, 1932.

Born June 29, 1906, in Santiago. Education:  Escuela Normal del Arzobispado, Bachiller en Humanidades, 1925; Catholic University, Architect, 1927.

Architect to the Board of Public Charities of Chile, 1927—; Professor in the Department of Architecture, 1930—, Catholic University.

Architect of the School of Medicine, Catholic University; of the Plaza Pedro de Valdivia, Providencia; of the housing developments for government employees in the Commune of Nuñoa, and for employees of the Chile Electric Company; engaged in the planning and construction of Regional Hospitals of Talca, Temuco, Puerto Montt, Departmental Hospitals of Parral, Coronel, Arauco, Cañete, Maternity Hospitals of Tocopilla, Rengo, Los Andes, Graneros, and Polyclinic Hospitals of La Serena, Antofagasta, San Javier.
