FARILL Y SOLARES, JUAN: Appointed for the study of the clinical theory and practice of orthopaedics with especial reference to the nonsurgical treatment of deformities in children, in the United States; tenure, twelve months from April 22, 1932.

Born February 11, 1902, in Mexico City. Education: National Preparatory School, 1914; Medical School, National University of Mexico, M.D., 1926.

Practicing physician; Assistant in Clinical Medicine, 1926 and 1930, National University of Mexico; Chief of the Federal Sanitary Commission of Coahuila, 192728; Chief of the Foreign Sanitary Commissions and Services of the Republic, 192930; Member of the Technical Advisory Division, Department of Public Health, 1930, 1931.
