FLANNAGAN, JOHN B.: Appointed for creative work in sculpture, abroad; tenure, twelve months from April 1, 1932.
Born April 7, 1896, at Boston, Massachusetts. Education: Minneapolis Art Institute, 1914–18.
Exhibited at the Whitney Studio Club, 1925, 1926, 1927, 1928; Whitney Studio Gallery, 1929, 1930; Art Institute of Chicago, 1929, 1930, 1931; College Art Association show, 1930, 1931. Represented in the permanent collection of the Whitney Museum of American Art.
