FULEIHAN, ANIS:  Appointed for creative work in musical composition; tenure, twelve months from May 1, 1939.

Born April 2, 1900, in the Island of Cyprus. Education:  Piano studies with Alberto Jonàs; theory with Angelo d’Anna in Cyprus; theory with Harold Vincent Milligan, and instrumentation with L. Leslie Loth in the United States.
