GARRISON, LLOYD KIRKHAM:  Appointed for a study of British labor relations, with particular reference to the evolution, administration and effect of the Trades Disputes Acts and related legislation; tenure, six months from June 24, 1938.

Born November 19, 1897, in New York City.  Education:  Harvard University, A.B., 1917, LL.B., 1922.

Associate Counsel, 1929, Association of the Bar of the City of New York; Special Assistant to the Attorney General, 1930–31, United States Department of Justice; Dean and Professor of Law, 1932—, University of Wisconsin; Chairman, 1934, National Labor Relations Board; Board Referee, 1936, National Railroad Adjustment Board; Member, 1937, Federal Steel Mediation Board.
