GLINSKY, VINCENT: Appointed for creative work in sculpture; tenure, twelve months from April 1, 1935.
Born December 18, 1895, in Russia. Education: Beaux Arts Institute of Design, 1916–20; Columbia University School of Architecture, 1925–26.
