HAUSER, JACOB:  Appointed for creative writing in the field of poetry; tenure, twelve months from April 3, 1936.

Born December 27, 1909, in Brooklyn, New York. Education: College of the City of New York, 1927–28.

Publications:  Dark Metropolis, 1932; Diversity of Darkness, 1933. Contributor to Poetry, Southwest Review, Contemporary Verse, Poetry World, New York Times, Rebel Poet and Braithwaite Anthology of 1929.
