Born August 6, 1904, at Chicago, Illinois. Education: Art Institute of Chicago, Studio of Lorado Taft, 1924–26; Beaux Arts Institute of Design, New York, 1927; National Academy of Design, New York, 1928.

Exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago, 1926; awarded Jenkins Prize and Special Honorable Mention.
