Sandra S. Wijnberg is currently an Executive Advisor to Aquiline Holdings, a private equity investment firm she joined in 2007; previously she was a Partner and Chief Administrative Officer at Aquiline Holdings and a member of its Board. She left that company to work in Jerusalem from 2014 through 2015 at the behest of the U.S. State Department as the Deputy Head of Mission, Office of the Quartet (comprised of the United States, European Union, United Nations, and Russia) to advance the Quartet’s Palestinian economic development mandate. From 2000 to 2007, Ms. Wijnberg was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., which provides global professional services. Prior to that, she was an executive at PepsiCo, Inc., and YUM! Brands. She began her career as an investment banker working for over ten years at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers.
Ms. Wijnberg currently serves on the Board of Directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and had been a member of the Board of Directors of Tyco International PLC (2003–2016) and TE Connectivity Ltd. (2007–2009). Her nonprofit board service reflects her varied passions: Spark MicroGrants (working with remote communities in East Africa), Association IPE (a Swiss nonprofit that sponsors economic development projects in the Palestinian Territories), Seeds of Peace (working with young people in communities divided by conflict), and the Alliance for Young Artists and Writers (working to encourage students who have exceptional artistic and literary talent).
