Laura Kasischke

Laura Kasischke has published seven collections of poetry, most recently Lilies Without (Ausable Press, 2007). She has also published six novels, with a seventh, In a Perfect World, forthcoming in 2009. Her work has appeared in the American Poetry Review, Poetry,  Southern Review,  Iowa Review,  New Republic, and elsewhere. She lives in Chelsea, Michigan, with her husband and son, and is an associate professor at the University of Michigan in the Department of English and the Residential College.
