Vice President
The Vice President (VP) will have primary responsibility for overseeing the entire range and lifecycle of the Foundation’s annual fellowship competition, under the supervision of the President. The individual in this role will guide, interface, and engage with Guggenheim Fellows and nominators.
In addition to managing and mentoring their team, the VP works very closely with the Board of Trustees and the President. The VP will also work in collaboration with the Advancement team to help support the Foundation’s fundraising goals.
The VP reports directly to the President, Edward Hirsch, and also works closely across the organization and with board-level committees. The individual in this role will lead a team of four, including the Program Director. The VP is a member of the leadership team and will work in partnership with others at all levels.
Development & Communications Assistant
The Foundation is seeking a full-time Development and Communications Assistant to support the Foundation’s fundraising and communications activities. You will report directly to the Chief Advancement Officer and also work collaboratively with the other members of the Advancement team, providing administrative support and program support.
Executive Assistant
The Foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Guggenheim Foundation’s President and the annual Fellowship Competition. Reporting to the President, you will provide administrative support to the President.
