WILBUR, EARL MORSE:  Appointed for a study in European libraries and archives of materials for a comprehensive history of the Socinian-Unitarian movement; tenure, twelve months from April 1, 1932.

Born April 26, 1866, at Jericho, Vermont. Education: University of Vermont, B.A., 1886, D.D., 1910; Harvard University, M.A., S.T.B., 1890; University of Berlin, 1898–99; University of California, 1911–12.

Dean, 1904–11, President and Professor of Practical Theology, 1911–31, Pacific Unitarian School for the Ministry.

Publications:  A History of the First Unitarian Church of Portland, Oregon, 1893; A Historical Sketch of the Independent Congregational Church, Meadville, Pennsylvania, 1902; The First Century of the Liberal Movement in American Religion, 1916; Our Unitarian Heritage: an introduction to the history of the Unitarian movement, 1925; The Two Treaties of Servetus on the Trinity, translated and edited with notes and a life, 1932.
