Born September 11, 1907, at San Luis Potosí, Mexico.  Education:  National University of Mexico, M.D., 1936. Research Fellow in Physiology, 1940–41, Harvard University.

Professor of Botany and Zoology, 1928–29, College of San Luis; Member of the Medical Service of Mexico, 1931–33; Member of the Staff, 1938—, General Hospital, Mexico, D. F.; Professor of Physiology, 1936—, National School of Biological Sciences.
