Evald L. Skau

Skau, Evald laurids:  Appointed for a further study of methods of purification of organic compounds, for the publication of experimental data already obtained, and for the preparation of a monograph, at various foreign universities; tenure, twelve months from August 15, 1930.

Born May 13, 1897, at Hartford, Connecticut. Education: Trinity College, Connecticut, B.S., 1919, M.S., 1920; Yale University, Ph.D., 1925 (University Fellow, 1923–24; Du Pont Fellow, 1924–25; Research Fellow, 1925–26). Fellow of the National Research Council, 1926–28.

Chemist, 1920–21, Emerson Laboratories, Springfield, Massachusetts; Instructor in Chemistry, 1921–22, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, 1927—, Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut.
