Graham, Frank Dunstone: Appointed to make a study of the commercial and industrial consequences of the rapid depreciation of the German and Polish monetary unites in the post-war period, with special consideration of the effects of this depreciation on the foreign trad o fthese countries, on past and prospective investment and on the distribution of wealth therein; tenure, eight months from June 1, 1927, and four months during the summer of 1928.
