GOTTLIEB, HARRY:  Appointed for creative work in painting, abroad; tenure, twelve months from April 15, 1931.

Born 1895, in Roumania. Education:  Minneapolis Institute of Art, 1915–18.

Exhibited at Woodstock Gallery, Whitney Club Members’ Show, Pennsylvania Academy, Minneapolis Art Institute, Carnegie International Exhibition, Art Institute of Chicago, Travelling Show of Association of Western Museums. One-man show at Whitney Studio Galleries, 1928. Received Honorable Mention, Art Institute of Chicago Annual Exhibit, 1929.
