Born July 19, 1904, in New York City. Education:  Brooklyn Museum School, 1916–18; Art Alliance and Art Students League, 1918–27. Studied with Harry Wickey.

Instructor, 1933—, Art Students League.

Exhibited with Society of American Etchers, Philadelphia Society of Etchers, Philadelphia Art Alliance, Brooklyn Society of Etchers, Los Angeles Art Association, Chicago Printmakers, Fine Prints of the Year, American Printmakers, Fifty Prints of the Year, Fifty Modern Prints, American Artists’ Congress, Federal Art Project in New York City.
