McKinley, John Charnley: Appointed to continue quantitative studies on human muscle tonus with special reference to the relation of tonus measurements to electromyography, principally at the University of Breslau, Germany; tenure, twelve months from September 1, 1928.

Born November 8, 1891, at Duluth, Minnesota. Education: University of Minnesota, B.S., 1915, M.A., 1917, M.D., 1919, Ph.D., 1921.
