JENKS, LELAND HAMILTON:  Appointed for studies for the migration of British capital from 1875 to 1914; tenure, eight months from February 1, 1937.

Born April 10, 1892, at Ottawa, Kansas.  Education:  Ottawa University, A.B., 1913; University of Kansas, A.M., 1914; Columbia University, Ph.D., 1927. London School of Economics, 1920–21.

Instructor in History, 1917–18, University of Minnesota; Assistant Professor of History and Political and Social Science, 1919–20, Clark College; Associate Professor of History and Social and Economic Institutions, 1923–25, Amherst College; Professor of History, 1926–30, Rollins College; Professor of Social Institutions, 1930—, Wellesley College.

Publications:  The Migration of British Capital to 1875, 1927; Our Cuban Colony, 1928. Editor of The Future of Party Government, 1929. Articles in American Mercury, American Review, Nation, Revista Bimestre Cubana.
