BLANCH, LUCILE:  Appointed for creative work in painting and lithography, abroad; tenure, twelve months from August 22, 1933.

Born December 11, 1895, at Hawley, Minnesota. Education:  Minneapolis School of Art, 1916–18; Art Students League, 1918–19.

Exhibited at Whitney Studio Club, Whitney Studio Gallery, Corcoran Gallery, Pennsylvania Academy, Art Association of San Francisco. Represented in the permanent collection of the Whitney Museum of American Art. Awarded Medal of First Award for Graphic Art, Art Association of San Francisco, 1931.
