Robert Gaunt

GAUNT, ROBERT.  Appointed for studies of the functional control of the adrenal cortex; tenure, eight months from February 1, 1943.

Born April 13, 1907, Macon, Missouri.  Education:  University of Tulsa, B.A., 1929; Princeton University, M.A., 1930, Ph.D., 1932. Research at the Biological Laboratory, Cold Spring Harbor, L. I., the Bermuda Biological Station, and the Marine Biological Station, Woods Hole, Massachusetts, for eight summers.

Assistant in Biology, 1929–31, Fellow in Biology, 1931–32, Princeton University; Professor of Biology, 1932–35, College of Charleston; Assistant Professor of Biology, 1935—, New York University.
