Boyer, Blanche Beatrice: Appointed to make a study of Latin manuscripts written in minuscule of the Irish and Anglo-Saxon scripts, with a view to writing a book dealing with Insular script, its history and its technique, and to assembling and publishing a collection of facsimiles illustrative of the development of the Insular hand; research in English and Continental libraries; tenure, twelve months from June 15, 1929.
Born February 22, 1896, at Brocton, Illinois. Education: University of Chicago, A. B., 1920, A. M., 1921, Ph. D., 1925.
