Rollefson, Gerhard K.: Appointed for an investigation of the primary effects produced by the action of light on vapors, principally with Professor Franck, at the University of Göttingen, Germany; tenure, twelve months from August 1, 1925.

Born January 12, 1900, at Grand Forks, North Dakota. Education: University of Wisconsin, B.A., 1920, M.A., 1921; University of California, Ph.D., 1923. DuPont Fellow, University of California, 1922-23.
