Heather White

Heather Cass White is Professor of English at the University of Alabama. She has edited three volumes of Marianne Moore’s poetry, including the New Selected Poems of Marianne Moore (FSG, 2017). Her most recent book is Books Promiscuously Read: Reading as a Way of Life (FSG, 2021). White received her B.A. from Yale University, and her Ph.D. from Cornell University.
