PALMER, HERMAN:  Appointed for creative work in the graphic arts, in particular studies of wild and domesticated animals; tenure, twelve months from April 22, 1940.

Born March 16, 1894, at Farmington, Utah.

Exhibited at the International Water Color Exhibition, Art Institute of Chicago, 1925—. Represented in the permanent collections of the Brooklyn Museum, Pratt Institute, Art Institute of Chicago, Capitol of Utah, Yale University.  Illustrated Pioneer Life Series by H.
