GOYCO, JOSÉ ANTONIO.  Appointed for studies in the field of food technology, with special reference to high-yielding tropical crops; tenure, twelve months from October 12, 1943.

Born October 14, 1914, Santurce, Puerto Rico. Education:  University of Puerto Rico, Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, 1937.

Laboratory Technician, 1937–39, analytical Chemist, 1939–41, Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of Puerto Rico; Assistant in Chemistry, 1941–44, School of Tropical Medicine.
