Williams, Judith Blow: Appointed for a study in England, of the efforts, both of individuals and through concerted private and governmental action, to open markets for the products of the Industrial Revolution; tenure, twelve months from August 1, 1927.

Born August 1, 1890, in New York City. Education: Vassar College, A.B., 1912; Columbia University, A.M., 1913, Ph.D., 1916; European Fellowship, American Association of University Women, European study, 1921–22.

Instructor in History, 1916–20, Assistant Professor, 1920–26, Associate Professor of History, 1926—, Wellesley College.
