Reukema, Lester E.: Appointed to make a theoretical and experimental study of electric discharge in gases at high frequencies and of the breakdown of solid insulating materials under a momentary high electric stress, principally with Professor W. O. Schumann at Munich, Germany; tenure, twelve months from July 1, 1928.
