ZAVALA VALLADO, SILVIO ARTURO:  Appointed for a comparative study of the systems of forced labor in the Spanish and English colonies of North America; tenure, twelve months from the Autumn of 1937 (postponed to 1938).

Born February 7, 1909, at Merida, Yucatan.  Education:  University of the Southeast, 1925–28; Law School, National University of Mexico, 1928–30; Central University of Madrid, License in Law, 1931, Dr. in Law, 1933.
