Joseph E. Stiglitz

Guggenheim Fellow Joseph E. Stiglitz (Economics, 1969) will accept the 2018 Sydney Peace Prize on Thursday, November 15. Stiglitz has been a Professor at Columbia University since 2001, where he founded the University’s Committee on Global Thought and the Initiative for Policy Dialogue. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 2001.
