“Quakers: The Quiet Revolutionaries” will be screened at the New Hope Film Festival on July 21, at 2 p.m. Janet Paxton Gardner was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship in Film & Video in 2015. Her Fellowship supported her work on this project.
