Educational Advisory Board
The Foundation doesn’t release the names of its advisers, but from the beginning it has elected a small fraction of them as the Educational Advisory Board (EAB). Its members—all of whom are former Fellows—are appointed to renewable four-year terms. These terms are staggered, so that each year the terms of about a quarter of the board expire. The Committee of Selection, which determines which applicants’ names will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees for final approval, is composed of EAB members.
