WORMUTH, FRANCIS DUNHAM:  Appointed for studies in the field of political theory, with particular reference to the doctrine of separation of powers; tenure, twelve months from August 15, 1941.

Born May 23, 1909, Port Leyden, New York.  Education:  Cornell University, A.B., 1930, M.A., 1932, Ph.D., 1935; Yale University, 1935–36 (Sterling Fellow).

Instructor in Government, 1936–39, Assistant Professor, 1939—, Indiana University.
