Richard Bradfield

Bradfield, Richard: Appointed for an investigation of some of the principles involved in the purification of colloids by electro-dialysis, principally with Dr. Herbert Freundlich at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute, Berlin, Germany; tenure, six months from September 1, 1927.

Born April 29, 1896, at West Jefferson, Ohio. Education: Otterbein College, A.B., 1917; Ohio State University, Ph.D., 1922.

Instructor in Soils, 1920–22, Assistant Professor of Soils, 1922–23, Associate Professor of Soils, 1923—, University of Missouri.

Publications: Articles in Journal of the American Chemical Society, Journal of Physical chemistry, Soil Science, Journal of American Society of Agronomy, Colloidal Symposium Monograph, Research Bulletins of the Missouri Agricultural Experiment Station, and Annual Reports of the American Soil Survey Association.
